A healthy and quick treat that combines oats and apples for a delicious start to your day.
Ingredients

- 1 cup oats
- 1 large apple (peeled and chopped)
- 3 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 3 tbsp yogurt
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp butter or coconut oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a blender or bowl, combine all ingredients except for 1/4 of the oats and blend until smooth.
- Mix in the remaining oats.
- Line a small baking pan with parchment paper and pour the batter into it.
- Bake for 20–30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow the cake to cool completely, then slice and refrigerate in an airtight container for at least 1 hour.
Notes
For best flavor, use ripe and sweet apples. Allow the cake to cool completely for better slicing.
