- 1 onion, chopped

- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- 1 can (28 oz) diced tomatoes
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 cup elbow macaroni
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup shredded cheese (optional)
Instructions
- In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain any excess fat.
- Add the chopped onion, garlic, and bell pepper; cook until softened.
- Stir in the diced tomatoes, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, oregano, and macaroni.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for about 20 minutes or until the pasta is tender.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- If desired, sprinkle with shredded cheese before serving.
