- 1 cup orzo pasta
- 2 chicken sausages, sliced
- 2 cups steamed broccoli
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cups chicken broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add sliced chicken sausage and cook until browned.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Stir in the orzo pasta and mix well.
- Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for about 10 minutes or until the orzo is cooked and most of the liquid is absorbed.
- Stir in the steamed broccoli and parmesan cheese.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
