Ingredients

  • 1 cup orzo pasta
  • 2 chicken sausages, sliced
  • 2 cups steamed broccoli
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add sliced chicken sausage and cook until browned.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Stir in the orzo pasta and mix well.
