Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp taco seasoning
  • 1 cup cheese
  • 8 oz pasta
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced

  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
