Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • Fresh basil leaves
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
