Ingredients
- Pasta
- Garlic
- Milk
- Parmesan cheese
- Salt

- Olive oil
- Parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
- Add the pasta and enough water (or broth) to cover it. Bring to a boil and cook until the pasta is al dente.
- Reduce the heat and stir in milk and Parmesan cheese until the sauce is creamy.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
For an extra kick, add a pinch of red pepper flakes when cooking the garlic. You can substitute half-and-half or heavy cream for a richer sauce.
