Description

A quick and comforting One Pot Creamy Garlic Pasta dish, perfect for busy weeknights.


Ingredients

  • Pasta
  • Garlic
  • Milk
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Olive oil
  • Parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
  2. Add the pasta and enough water (or broth) to cover it. Bring to a boil and cook until the pasta is al dente.
  3. Reduce the heat and stir in milk and Parmesan cheese until the sauce is creamy.

Notes
