A delicious dessert combining creamy cheesecake and crunchy Oreos, perfect for parties and celebrations.

- 63 Oreos
- 2 cups cream cheese
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- Whipped cream for topping
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
- Crush 30 Oreos and mix with 1/2 cup melted butter to form a crust. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Add sour cream and mix well.
- Fold in 33 chopped Oreos (some crushed, some halved) into the cheesecake mixture.
- Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust and smooth the top.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes or until the center is set.
- Let cool and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- For ganache, heat heavy cream over low heat, add chocolate chips, and stir until smooth.
- Pour ganache over cheesecake and top with whipped cream and remaining Oreos before serving.
Notes
Make sure cream cheese is at room temperature for a smoother mix. Don’t overmix the batter to avoid a tough texture. Allow cheesecake to cool completely before refrigerating.
