  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Optional: fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil or parchment paper.
  2. Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  3. In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, thyme, and oregano.
  4. Brush or drizzle the olive oil mixture over the chicken thighs.
  5. Sprinkle the seasoning blend over each thigh, ensuring they are evenly coated.
  6. Bake for 35-45 minutes, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) and skin is crispy.
