- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×9 inch baking pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, sugar, brown sugar, egg, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Gradually add flour, baking soda, and salt, mixing until just combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Spread the batter evenly in the prepared pan.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the edges are golden and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Allow to cool before cutting into bars. Enjoy!
