Ingredients

  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup oats
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine peanut butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar, egg, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. In another bowl, mix together oats, flour, baking soda, and salt.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and stir until well combined.
  5. Fold in chocolate chips.
  6. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the cookies are lightly golden.
  8. Let them cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
