Description

A refreshing salad featuring ripe pears, creamy blue cheese, and crunchy walnuts, drizzled with honey.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 ripe pears
  • 1/2 cup blue cheese, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup walnuts, toasted
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 4 cups mixed greens (optional)
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Slice the pears and arrange them on a plate or bed of mixed greens.
  2. Crumble the blue cheese over the sliced pears.
  3. Toast the walnuts in a dry skillet until fragrant and add them to the salad.
  4. Drizzle honey over the top.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
