Description

Delicious bite-sized pockets filled with cheesy goodness and savory pepperoni, perfect for snacks or parties.


Ingredients

  • 1 package of refrigerated pizza dough
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni
  • 1/4 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Flour for dusting

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. On a lightly floured surface, roll out the pizza dough and cut it into small squares.
  3. Place a slice of pepperoni and a pinch of mozzarella cheese in the center of each square.
  4. Fold the corners of the dough over the filling to form bite-sized pockets.
  5. Brush the tops with olive oil and sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
  6. Place the bites on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
