- 1 package of refrigerated pizza dough
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni
- 1/4 cup pizza sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- On a lightly floured surface, roll out the pizza dough and cut it into small squares.
- Place a slice of pepperoni and a pinch of mozzarella cheese in the center of each square.
- Fold the corners of the dough over the filling to form bite-sized pockets.
- Brush the tops with olive oil and sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
- Place the bites on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
