Description

A fun twist on a classic favorite, combining cheesy quesadillas with the savory charm of pepperoni pizza.


Ingredients

  • 4 medium flour tortillas
  • 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)
  • ½ cup sliced pepperoni
  • ¼ teaspoon dried oregano
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil or butter
  • ½ cup pizza or marinara sauce (for dipping)

Instructions

  1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add olive oil or butter.
  2. Lay a tortilla flat, sprinkle half of it with mozzarella and cheddar cheeses, and add pepperoni slices.
  3. Sprinkle oregano and garlic powder, then fold the tortilla in half.
  4. Cook in the skillet for 2-3 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
