- 4 medium flour tortillas
- 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)
- ½ cup sliced pepperoni
- ¼ teaspoon dried oregano
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon olive oil or butter
- ½ cup pizza or marinara sauce (for dipping)
Instructions
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add olive oil or butter.
- Lay a tortilla flat, sprinkle half of it with mozzarella and cheddar cheeses, and add pepperoni slices.
- Sprinkle oregano and garlic powder, then fold the tortilla in half.
- Cook in the skillet for 2-3 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
- Repeat with remaining tortillas and ingredients, then slice into wedges.
- Serve warm with marinara or pizza sauce for dipping.
