- 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1 can (10 oz) Rotel diced tomatoes, drained
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
- 1 cup Bisquick mix
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the sausage, cream cheese, Rotel, shredded cheese, Bisquick, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined.
- Roll the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
