Ingredients
Scale
- 4 boneless chicken breasts
- 2 cups crushed pretzels
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs

- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

- Place the coated chicken breasts on a baking sheet.
- In a small bowl, combine the mustard, cheddar cheese, and olive oil until smooth.
- Drizzle the mustard-cheddar mixture over the chicken.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the crust is golden brown.
- Serve warm.
Notes
Ensure even coating for best texture. Customize spice levels by adding cayenne or garlic powder. Let chicken rest after baking for juicier meat.
