Description

Delicious pumpkin-flavored truffles coated in white chocolate, perfect for fall celebrations like Halloween and Thanksgiving.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, pumpkin puree, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and pumpkin pie spice. Mix until smooth.
  2. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
  3. Once chilled, scoop out small balls of the mixture and roll them in your hands to form truffles.
  4. Roll the truffles in graham cracker crumbs to coat.
  5. Melt the white chocolate chips with coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
  6. Dip each truffle into the melted chocolate, allowing the excess to drip off.
  7. Place the truffles on a parchment-lined baking sheet and chill again until set.
  8. Serve and enjoy for Halloween or Thanksgiving!

Notes

Ensure cream cheese is softened for smoother mixing. Use quality white chocolate for the best flavor.
