- 1 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the mixed vegetables, ranch dressing, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the vegetable mixture into a greased baking dish.
- In a separate bowl, mix the breadcrumbs with olive oil and cheddar cheese.
- Spread the breadcrumb mixture evenly over the vegetables.
