Description

A delicious and easy way to enjoy your vegetables, this dish combines creamy ranch dressing with tender mixed vegetables and a crispy topping.


Ingredients

  • 4 cups mixed vegetables (such as broccoli, cauliflower, and carrots)
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
