A delightful dessert combining rich chocolate flavors with the tangy sweetness of fresh raspberries, perfect for celebrations or a sweet treat.
Ingredients

- 2 cups of fresh raspberries
- 1 package of chocolate pudding mix
- 2 cups of milk
- 1 cup of whipped cream
- 1 package of chocolate cake (or brownies), cubed
- 1/2 cup of chocolate shavings for garnish
- Mint leaves for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare the chocolate pudding according to package instructions. Allow to cool.
- In a large trifle bowl, layer half of the cubed chocolate cake at the bottom.
- Add half of the chocolate pudding on top of the cake layer.
- Layer half of the whipped cream over the pudding.
- Spread half of the fresh raspberries on top.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients.
- Finish with a layer of whipped cream and garnish with chocolate shavings and mint leaves if desired.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 120 minutes before serving.
Notes
Best enjoyed within 2-3 days. Use fresh raspberries for the best flavor, or frozen if necessary.
