Description

A refreshing blend of raspberries and coconut for a tropical drink that’s easy to make and perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries (or frozen)
  • 1 cup coconut milk (or any dairy-free alternative)
  • 1/2 cup pineapple juice
  • 2 tablespoons honey or sugar (adjust to taste)
  • 1/2 cup rum (optional)
  • Ice cubes
  • Fresh raspberries and pineapple slices, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Start by preparing your ingredients. If you’re using fresh raspberries, rinse them well under cold water.
  2. In a blender, combine the fresh raspberries, coconut milk, pineapple juice, and honey (or sugar). If you’re adding rum, include that as well.
  3. Blend on high speed until the mixture is smooth and the raspberries are fully incorporated. This should take about 30 seconds.
  4. Add a handful of ice cubes to the blender and blend again until smooth.
  5. Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness if needed by adding more honey or sugar.
  6. Pour the Raspberry Colada Twist into tall glasses and garnish with additional fresh raspberries and slices of pineapple.
  7. Serve immediately and enjoy the tropical flavor explosion!

Notes

For a non-alcoholic version, simply omit the rum. Chill the coconut milk and pineapple juice in advance for an extra cold drink.
