A refreshing blend of raspberries and coconut for a tropical drink that’s easy to make and perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients

- 1 cup fresh raspberries (or frozen)
- 1 cup coconut milk (or any dairy-free alternative)
- 1/2 cup pineapple juice
- 2 tablespoons honey or sugar (adjust to taste)
- 1/2 cup rum (optional)
- Ice cubes
- Fresh raspberries and pineapple slices, for garnish
Instructions
- Start by preparing your ingredients. If you’re using fresh raspberries, rinse them well under cold water.
- In a blender, combine the fresh raspberries, coconut milk, pineapple juice, and honey (or sugar). If you’re adding rum, include that as well.
- Blend on high speed until the mixture is smooth and the raspberries are fully incorporated. This should take about 30 seconds.
- Add a handful of ice cubes to the blender and blend again until smooth.
- Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness if needed by adding more honey or sugar.
- Pour the Raspberry Colada Twist into tall glasses and garnish with additional fresh raspberries and slices of pineapple.
- Serve immediately and enjoy the tropical flavor explosion!
Notes
For a non-alcoholic version, simply omit the rum. Chill the coconut milk and pineapple juice in advance for an extra cold drink.
