Ingredients

- 2 cups sushi rice
- 2 1/2 cups water
- 1 lb salmon, cooked and flaked
- 8 oz imitation crab, shredded
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sriracha
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 sheet nori, cut into strips
- Sesame seeds, for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Rinse the sushi rice under cold water until the water runs clear. Combine the rice and water in a pot and bring it to a boil. Reduce the heat to low, cover, and simmer for about 20 minutes, or until the rice is cooked.
- In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, mayonnaise, sriracha, and soy sauce until smooth. Fold in the cooked salmon, imitation crab, and green onions.
- In a baking dish, spread the cooked sushi rice evenly on the bottom.
- Layer the salmon and crab mixture over the rice.
- Bake for about 20-25 minutes until the top is bubbly.
- Garnish with nori strips and sesame seeds before serving.
Notes
Adjust the sriracha based on your spice preference. For extra crunch, consider adding panko breadcrumbs on top before baking.
