Description

Delicious sautéed sherry mushrooms seasoned with garlic and lemon, perfect as a side dish or topping for a variety of meals.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 24 oz Sherry mushrooms
  • Garlic powder (to taste)
  • Salt (to taste)
  • 1 tbsp parsley
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Heat a large non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add in the mushrooms along with garlic powder and salt to taste.
  3. Cook for about 8 minutes or until the mushrooms are lightly browned and softened.
  4. Stir in the parsley, butter, and lemon juice. Continue to cook for an additional 5 minutes or until all ingredients are fully combined.
  5. Remove the pan from heat and serve the mushrooms warm.

Notes

For best results, choose fresh mushrooms and serve immediately after cooking for optimal flavor and texture.
