Delicious sautéed sherry mushrooms seasoned with garlic and lemon, perfect as a side dish or topping for a variety of meals.

- 24 oz Sherry mushrooms
- Garlic powder (to taste)
- Salt (to taste)
- 1 tbsp parsley
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
- Heat a large non-stick skillet over medium heat.
- Add in the mushrooms along with garlic powder and salt to taste.
- Cook for about 8 minutes or until the mushrooms are lightly browned and softened.
- Stir in the parsley, butter, and lemon juice. Continue to cook for an additional 5 minutes or until all ingredients are fully combined.
- Remove the pan from heat and serve the mushrooms warm.
Notes
For best results, choose fresh mushrooms and serve immediately after cooking for optimal flavor and texture.
