Description

A delicious and easy-to-make dinner option featuring savory beef, vibrant broccoli, and chewy ramen noodles, all roasted on one pan.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound beef flank steak, sliced thin
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 cups ramen noodles
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon minced ginger
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the sliced beef with olive oil, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, salt, and pepper. Marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  3. On a sheet pan, spread the marinated beef and broccoli florets in an even layer.
  4. Roast in the oven for about 15 minutes.
  5. Meanwhile, cook the ramen noodles according to the package instructions, then drain.
  6. Add the cooked ramen noodles to the sheet pan and drizzle with sesame oil. Toss everything together to combine.
  7. Return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes.
  8. Garnish with sesame seeds before serving.

Notes

For best results, thinly slice the flank steak and consider marinating for longer than 15 minutes for deeper flavor.
