- 1 pound beef flank steak, sliced thin
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 2 cups ramen noodles
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon minced ginger
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the sliced beef with olive oil, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, salt, and pepper. Marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- On a sheet pan, spread the marinated beef and broccoli florets in an even layer.
- Roast in the oven for about 15 minutes.
- Meanwhile, cook the ramen noodles according to the package instructions, then drain.
- Add the cooked ramen noodles to the sheet pan and drizzle with sesame oil. Toss everything together to combine.
- Return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes.
- Garnish with sesame seeds before serving.
Notes
For best results, thinly slice the flank steak and consider marinating for longer than 15 minutes for deeper flavor.
