Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Tortillas for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the chicken, bell peppers, onion, olive oil, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread the mixture evenly on a sheet pan.
