Description

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (e.g., broccoli, bell peppers, carrots)
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat and add the minced garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Arrange the chicken breasts on a large baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil and half of the garlic butter mixture.
  4. Add the mixed vegetables around the chicken and drizzle with the remaining garlic butter.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through and the veggies are tender.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
