Description

A delicious and easy meal of juicy pork chops and crispy potatoes, all cooked on one pan for minimal cleanup.

Ingredients

  • Pork chops (bone-in or boneless)
  • Potatoes (Yukon Gold or Red Potatoes)
  • Olive oil
  • Garlic powder
  • Onion powder
  • Paprika
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Fresh herbs (like rosemary or thyme, optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, toss the potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  3. Arrange the seasoned potatoes on a sheet pan.
  4. Season the pork chops with salt and pepper, and place them on the sheet pan with the potatoes.
  5. Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the pork is cooked through and the potatoes are crispy and golden.
  6. Optionally, sprinkle fresh herbs over the dish before serving.

Notes

Cut potatoes into even pieces for even cooking. Use a meat thermometer to ensure pork chops reach 145°F (63°C).
