  • 2 cups broccoli florets (1/2-inch)
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter (or olive oil)
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce (or coconut aminos)
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • Kosher salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a large sheet pan with parchment paper.
  2. Add the sliced sausage, cubed sweet potatoes, and broccoli florets to the sheet pan, spreading them out in a single layer.
  3. In a small saucepan, melt the butter (or heat olive oil) over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 30-60 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Stir in the honey, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, and season with salt and pepper. Let the sauce simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Pour the honey garlic sauce over the sausage and vegetables, tossing to coat evenly.
