- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
- 1 cup almond milk (or any milk of choice)
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup (or sweetener of choice)
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 banana (mashed, optional for sweetness)
- Pinch of salt
- Chocolate chips (optional, for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, chocolate protein powder, cocoa powder, baking powder, and a pinch of salt. Mix well.
- Stir in the almond milk and maple syrup until smooth. If desired, fold in the mashed banana.
- Pour the mixture into a ramekin or small baking dish.
- If desired, sprinkle chocolate chips on top.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until the oats have set and the top is slightly crisp.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
