- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups beef broth
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon salt

- 4 cups egg noodles
- 2 cups frozen peas and carrots
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- In a slow cooker, combine the diced beef, chopped onion, minced garlic, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, dried thyme, salt, and black pepper.
- Cover the slow cooker and cook on low for 360 minutes or on high for 240 minutes, until the beef is tender.
- About 30 minutes before serving, stir in the egg noodles and frozen peas and carrots.
- Cook until the noodles are tender.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
