- 4 packs Ramen noodles
- 6 cups Beef broth
- 1/4 cup Soy sauce
- 3 cloves Garlic (minced)
- 1 tbsp Ginger (minced)
- 1/2 cup Green onions (sliced)
- 2 cups Vegetables (such as mushrooms, bok choy, or carrots)
- 1 tbsp Sesame oil
- 4 cups Water
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place the beef in a slow cooker and pour in the beef broth and water until the beef is submerged.
- Add the soy sauce, minced garlic, and ginger to the slow cooker.
- Season generously with salt and pepper according to your taste.
- Cook on low for about 360-480 minutes, or until the beef becomes tender and easily shredded.
- About 30 minutes before serving, add your choice of vegetables to the slow cooker.
- Cook the ramen noodles according to the package instructions while you wait for the slow cooker to finish.
- Serve the beef mixture over the ramen noodles and garnish with sliced green onions and a light drizzle of sesame oil.
