- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup chicken broth

- 4 cloves garlic, minced

- 8 ounces fettuccine pasta
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
- In a bowl, mix together the heavy cream, chicken broth, Parmesan cheese, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Pour this mixture over the chicken.
- Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours, or until the chicken is cooked through.
- Before serving, remove the chicken, shred it, and return it to the sauce.
- Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions. Drain and mix with the chicken and sauce.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve.
