Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Place the baby carrots in the slow cooker.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix together honey, melted butter, cinnamon, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Pour the honey mixture over the carrots and stir to coat.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours, or until carrots are tender.

Notes
