- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a slow cooker, combine meatballs, broth, diced tomatoes, carrots, celery, onion, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Stir to combine.
- Cover and cook on low for 360-480 minutes or on high for 180-240 minutes until the vegetables are tender and meatballs are heated through.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
