Description

Smothered boneless pork chops in a rich creamy sauce, perfect for weeknight dinners or special occasions.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 boneless pork chops
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Season the pork chops with salt and pepper.
  2. In a skillet, heat the oil over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the pork chops and sear for 4-5 minutes on each side until they are golden brown and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, melt the butter and add garlic, cooking until fragrant.
  5. Pour in the chicken broth and heavy cream, stirring to combine.
  6. Return the pork chops to the skillet, spoon the sauce over them, and let simmer for a few minutes.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

For added flavor, marinate the pork chops in your favorite marinade for a couple of hours before cooking. Adjust the seasoning as needed.
