- 4 boneless pork chops
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Season the pork chops with salt and pepper.
- In a skillet, heat the oil over medium-high heat.
- Add the pork chops and sear for 4-5 minutes on each side until they are golden brown and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt the butter and add garlic, cooking until fragrant.
- Pour in the chicken broth and heavy cream, stirring to combine.
- Return the pork chops to the skillet, spoon the sauce over them, and let simmer for a few minutes.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
For added flavor, marinate the pork chops in your favorite marinade for a couple of hours before cooking. Adjust the seasoning as needed.
