Description

Ingredients

  • 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 can cream-style corn
  • 1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the whole kernel corn, cream-style corn, Jiffy corn muffin mix, sour cream, melted butter, and optional cheese.
  3. Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 45-60 minutes or until the top is golden brown and set.
  6. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, add chopped green onions or hot sauce before serving. Store leftovers in an airtight container.
