- 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 can cream-style corn
- 1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the whole kernel corn, cream-style corn, Jiffy corn muffin mix, sour cream, melted butter, and optional cheese.
- Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 45-60 minutes or until the top is golden brown and set.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
