Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Peel and cube the sweet potatoes, then boil until tender.
  3. Drain and mash the sweet potatoes in a large bowl.
  4. Stir in maple syrup, brown sugar, raisins, and spices until well combined.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and smooth the top.
