Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded green cabbage, red cabbage, carrots, cooked rice noodles, green onions, and chopped cilantro.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together all the dressing ingredients—hoisin sauce, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, sriracha, and honey or sugar—until smooth.
- Pour the dressing over the slaw mixture and toss well to coat everything evenly.
- Sprinkle the sesame seeds on top for an added crunch.
- Serve immediately, or let it sit for about 10 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
