Description

A creamy and delicious appetizer that combines spinach, artichokes, and a blend of cheeses, making it perfect for gatherings or cozy nights in.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup frozen spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the thawed spinach, chopped artichokes, cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, minced garlic, and red pepper flakes.
  3. Mix until well combined and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
  5. Bake for about 25-30 minutes or until bubbly and golden on top.
  6. Serve warm with tortilla chips, pita bread, or crackers.

Notes

Thaw spinach properly and squeeze out excess liquid to prevent a watery dip. Use fresh ingredients for better flavor and consider adjusting spice levels to personal preference.
