Description

Delightful and crunchy wonton cups filled with creamy spinach and artichoke dip, perfect for parties or cozy nights.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 10 oz package Frozen Spinach, thawed and drained
  • 8 oz jar Artichoke Hearts, drained and finely chopped
  • 1/3 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup Sour Cream
  • 4 oz Cream Cheese, room temperature
  • 1214 Wonton Wrappers
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 tbsp Garlic Powder
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 3 cloves Fresh Garlic, minced
  • Cooking Spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Press one wonton wrapper into each cup of a muffin tin and lightly spray with cooking spray. Bake for 5 minutes.
  3. In a medium bowl, mix all other ingredients until combined.
  4. Scoop the spinach and artichoke mixture into the wontons and bake for 10 minutes, or until golden brown.
  5. Let cool slightly, remove from muffin tin, and serve warm.

Notes

Make sure to drain the spinach and artichokes well to avoid soggy cups. You can prepare the filling ahead of time and bake fresh when ready.
