- 8 oz softened cream cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- Olive oil (for drizzling)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, spinach, cream cheese, mozzarella, sour cream, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using). Mix until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
- Sprinkle breadcrumbs evenly over the top, then drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the casserole is bubbly and the top is golden brown.
