- 1 cup crushed freeze-dried strawberries
- 1 cup white chocolate chips

Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the strawberry cake mix and applesauce and mix until well combined.
- Slowly add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, stirring continuously to create a smooth blend.
- Fold in the crushed freeze-dried strawberries.
- Cover the mixture with plastic wrap and refrigerate for about 30 minutes.
- Once chilled, form the mixture into bite-sized balls.
- Melt the white chocolate chips in the microwave in 30-second intervals.
- Dip each truffle into the melted chocolate and let any excess drip off.
- Roll the truffles in colorful sprinkles while the chocolate is still wet.
- Place the truffles on a parchment-lined tray and refrigerate until the chocolate sets for about 30 minutes.
