Description

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups strawberry cake mix
  • ½ cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup crushed freeze-dried strawberries
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • ½ cup colorful sprinkles

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the strawberry cake mix and applesauce and mix until well combined.
  2. Slowly add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, stirring continuously to create a smooth blend.
  3. Fold in the crushed freeze-dried strawberries.
  4. Cover the mixture with plastic wrap and refrigerate for about 30 minutes.
  5. Once chilled, form the mixture into bite-sized balls.
  6. Melt the white chocolate chips in the microwave in 30-second intervals.
  7. Dip each truffle into the melted chocolate and let any excess drip off.
  8. Roll the truffles in colorful sprinkles while the chocolate is still wet.
