These no-bake Strawberry Cheesecake Protein Balls combine the creamy tang of cheesecake with sweet strawberries, all packed into a protein-rich snack.
Ingredients

- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup strawberry protein powder
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 1/2 cup cream cheese (or Greek yogurt)
- 1/4 cup maple syrup or honey
- 1/2 cup freeze-dried strawberries
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Combine the almond flour, protein powder, coconut flour, and salt in a mixing bowl.
- Add in the cream cheese (or Greek yogurt), maple syrup (or honey), and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
- Fold in the freeze-dried strawberries.
- Roll the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Place the rolled balls onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set.
Notes
For a nut-free version, substitute almond flour with sunflower seed flour or finely ground oats. Adjust sweetener based on the sweetness of protein powder used.
