  • 1 cup whipped topping (like Cool Whip)
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, diced
  • 1/2 cup strawberry crunch topping (store-bought or homemade)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  2. Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a medium bowl.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of an 8-inch square baking dish.
  4. Bake for 10 minutes and let cool.
  5. Beat cream cheese until smooth in a large mixing bowl.
  6. Gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  7. Fold in whipped topping and diced strawberries.
  8. Spread the cheesecake mixture evenly over the cooled crust.
