Description

A delicious and satisfying dish perfect for special occasions, combining lean turkey with a flavorful stuffing of fresh vegetables and herbs.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 boneless turkey breast
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 1/2 cup diced celery
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh herbs (such as parsley, thyme, and rosemary)
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for cooking

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté onion, celery, and garlic until softened.
  3. In a bowl, mix sautéed vegetables with bread crumbs, herbs, chicken broth, salt, and pepper.
  4. Lay the turkey breast flat and spread the stuffing mixture evenly over it.
  5. Roll the turkey breast tightly and secure it with kitchen twine.
  6. Place the rolled turkey in a baking dish, drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper.
  7. Bake for 60 to 90 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  8. Let rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

Choose fresh herbs for better flavor. Let the turkey rest after baking for juicier slices.
