- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1/2 cup diced celery
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh herbs (such as parsley, thyme, and rosemary)
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for cooking
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté onion, celery, and garlic until softened.
- In a bowl, mix sautéed vegetables with bread crumbs, herbs, chicken broth, salt, and pepper.
- Lay the turkey breast flat and spread the stuffing mixture evenly over it.
- Roll the turkey breast tightly and secure it with kitchen twine.
- Place the rolled turkey in a baking dish, drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper.
- Bake for 60 to 90 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing and serving.
