Description

A delightful treat combining sugar cookies and creamy cheesecake for a perfect dessert.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar cookie dough
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • Optional toppings: whipped cream, sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. Press the sugar cookie dough into the bottom of the pan to form the crust. Bake for 10-12 minutes until lightly golden.
  3. In a mixing bowl, beat together cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  5. Mix in sour cream and flour until just combined.
  6. Pour the cheesecake filling over the baked crust and smooth the top.
  7. Bake for 55-65 minutes until the center is set but slightly jiggly.
  8. Turn off the oven and let the cheesecake cool with the oven door slightly open for about 1 hour.
  9. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  10. Serve chilled and top with whipped cream and sprinkles if desired.

Notes

Make sure cream cheese is very soft for a smooth mixture. You can use store-bought sugar cookie dough if preferred.
