A delightful treat combining sugar cookies and creamy cheesecake for a perfect dessert.

- 1 1/2 cups sugar cookie dough
- 2 cups cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- Optional toppings: whipped cream, sprinkles
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
- Press the sugar cookie dough into the bottom of the pan to form the crust. Bake for 10-12 minutes until lightly golden.
- In a mixing bowl, beat together cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
- Mix in sour cream and flour until just combined.
- Pour the cheesecake filling over the baked crust and smooth the top.
- Bake for 55-65 minutes until the center is set but slightly jiggly.
- Turn off the oven and let the cheesecake cool with the oven door slightly open for about 1 hour.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Serve chilled and top with whipped cream and sprinkles if desired.
Notes
Make sure cream cheese is very soft for a smooth mixture. You can use store-bought sugar cookie dough if preferred.
