Ingredients

- 8 oz lo mein or yakisoba noodles
- 1/2 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized cubes
- 1/2 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup baby spinach or bok choy
- 1/2 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup shredded carrots
- 1/2 yellow onion, sliced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp hoisin sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper (optional)
- Salt & pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Heat the vegetable oil in a hot wok or large skillet.
- Toss in the steak cubes, season lightly with salt and pepper, and sear until browned.
- Add the shrimp and sauté until they turn pink and curl up.
- Add minced garlic, onion, bell pepper, carrots, and greens. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until softened.
- Add the cooked noodles, soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, and sesame oil. Stir to combine.
- Return the steak and shrimp to the pan and stir well until heated through.
