  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Boil sweet potatoes in a large pot until tender. Drain and let them cool before peeling.
  3. In a bowl, mash the sweet potatoes. Add brown sugar, milk, butter, eggs, vanilla, salt, and cinnamon. Mix until well combined.
