Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
- In a small bowl, mix together the paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Rub the spice mixture all over the ribs, ensuring to coat every area.
- Place the ribs in a baking dish and cover with aluminum foil.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 150 to 180 minutes, until the ribs are tender.
- Remove from the oven and brush barbecue sauce on both sides.
- Increase the oven temperature to 400°F (200°C) and bake uncovered for an additional 20 minutes.
- Let the ribs rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
