Ingredients

  • 1 cup barbecue sauce
  • 2 tablespoons paprika
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Rub the spice mixture all over the ribs, ensuring to coat every area.
  4. Place the ribs in a baking dish and cover with aluminum foil.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 150 to 180 minutes, until the ribs are tender.
  6. Remove from the oven and brush barbecue sauce on both sides.
  7. Increase the oven temperature to 400°F (200°C) and bake uncovered for an additional 20 minutes.
  8. Let the ribs rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
