Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup peanut sauce
  • 4 tortilla wraps
  • 1 cup crunchy veggies (bell peppers, carrots, cucumbers)
  • 2 cups lettuce
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro
  • 2 tbsp lime juice

Instructions

  1. Cook the chicken breast until fully cooked and slice it into thin strips.
  2. Prepare the crunchy veggies by slicing them into thin matchsticks or strips.
  3. In a bowl, mix the cooked chicken with peanut sauce and lime juice to brighten the flavors.
  4. Lay out the tortilla wraps and place a layer of fresh lettuce on each.
  5. Add the chicken mixture and crunchy veggies on top of the lettuce.
  6. Sprinkle with fresh cilantro.
  7. Roll the tortillas tightly to form wraps, tucking in the edges as you roll.
