Instructions
- Cook the chicken breast until fully cooked and slice it into thin strips.
- Prepare the crunchy veggies by slicing them into thin matchsticks or strips.
- In a bowl, mix the cooked chicken with peanut sauce and lime juice to brighten the flavors.
- Lay out the tortilla wraps and place a layer of fresh lettuce on each.
- Add the chicken mixture and crunchy veggies on top of the lettuce.
- Sprinkle with fresh cilantro.
- Roll the tortillas tightly to form wraps, tucking in the edges as you roll.
- Cut in half and serve immediately.
