Description

Delicious and versatile Thai Peanut Chicken Wraps, packed with tender chicken, fresh veggies, and a creamy peanut sauce.

Ingredients

Scale
  • Tender chicken
  • Fresh veggies (such as lettuce, carrots, and bell peppers)
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp brown sugar or honey
  • 2 Tbsp rice wine vinegar

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix peanut butter, soy sauce, brown sugar or honey, and rice wine vinegar to create the Thai peanut sauce.
  2. Cook the tender chicken and slice it.
  3. Prepare fresh veggies of your choice (such as lettuce, carrots, and bell peppers).
  4. Spread the sauce on the wraps, add chicken and veggies, and roll them up tightly.
  5. Serve immediately on a platter with extra peanut sauce on the side for dipping.

Notes

For best results, keep sauce separate from veggies if preparing ahead of time to maintain freshness.
