Instructions
- Cut the hard-boiled eggs in half lengthwise and remove the yolks.
- In a bowl, mash the yolks with mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg whites.
- Garnish with fresh sage and thyme, and sprinkle paprika on top if desired.
- Serve chilled as an appetizer.
