Description

Ingredients

  • 6 hard-boiled eggs
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Sage and thyme for garnish
  • Paprika for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cut the hard-boiled eggs in half lengthwise and remove the yolks.
  2. In a bowl, mash the yolks with mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg whites.
  4. Garnish with fresh sage and thyme, and sprinkle paprika on top if desired.
  5. Serve chilled as an appetizer.
